Group Types

The types of users can be broken to four types of users:

  1. Staff
  2. Supporters
  3. Special
  4. Registered Users

As always, be kind to everyone regardless of their status, we won't tolerate rude or abusive behavior.

Staff

Administrators, Editors, Global Moderators
You MUST follow all rules given by these members or risk being banned.

Supporters

Lifer, 2 Year Supporter, Supporter
These kind members have helped support our site.

Special Groups

Power Poster, Q-Max Up
These groups are earned, do not request access to them. Only the Administrators can grant access.

Registered Users

Registered Users
This is the group that all members start in. There are certain limitations with this type of account. See below for more details.

New User Info

If you just signed up to the site, you must post in the New User Topic before you are able to download anything. If you do not make a post, your account will be deleted in 7 days from registering.

Current Limitations for Basic Users

  1. You're allowed 1 download per 24 hour period. This is an automated process that does occasionally take more than 24 hours for a reset.
    • Please do not post or complain in Chat if it's been a little more than 24 hours. If it's been 36+ hours, you can mention it in Chat and we'll look into it to see if there are any kind of errors.
  2. Basic Users can NOT make requests. Please do not post in the Request sections, you will be warned and repeat offenders will be banned.
  3. Can not download from the VIP Sections.

To Remove Limitations

All paid users have these limitations removed. There are a few options available:

General Donation These are greatly appreciated but will NOT provide your account extra benefits or a promotion to a higher group

Due to restrictions from PayPal we no longer can accept it. We also do not accept Bitcoin.
You can donate via this link. Currently the only accepted payment method is via Stripe using a Credit Card.

You can use a Pre-Paid Credit Card purchased from a local store (Example: Wal-Mart, Walgreens and places like that). When doing it this way, please figure out how much you want to donate prior to purchase and buy a card that is OVER that amount to make sure it doesn't fail. If you have money left over after donating, you can always use the card at the place of purchase (among others) to spend the remaining balance and not waste any of your money.

All Donations are in US Currency

If you're not in the United States, you must figure out the current exchange rate prior to making a donation.
Some credit cards (including some Pre-Paid Cards) charge a "Foreign Transaction Fee" if they have to convert the money for you.

Time Frame for Donations

Donating to upgrade your account can take up to 8 hours to reflect on your account. All donations/upgrades are a manual process on our end, so please be patient. (Donations are processed based on GMT-8 time zone in Western Canada)
